Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee land development projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management experience to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Oversee project design, permitting, budgeting, and construction administration.
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
5+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering project management.
Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong knowledge of land development processes, including grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
